  • Directions to campsite: Take the N1 Pietersburg highway Take the Zambesi/Cullinan offramp - turn right at the robot - pass one set of robots, before the second set of robots Turn left onto the Kwa-Mhlanga R573 (Old Moloto) road - drive for 18, 4km - turn left onto the Wallmansthal road - drive a further 1, 4km and Turn right at the Monateng Caravan Lodge sign (dirt road) - drive another 1km towards the lodge.

  • Comments: One of the finest 4 star graded Caravan parks by the Tourism Grading Council of South-Africa in Gauteng is Monateng Caravan Park The caravan park offers a choice of 50 grassed normal sites with electricity and a communal ablution block or 24 exclusive/luxury sites each with their own private bathroom, kitchen, and built in braai. The separate kitchen contains a double door fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboards and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and a bath with hand shower. Being an upmarket, 4 star graded caravan park, it offers a clean and neat ablution block, a scullery, a laundry and a chemical disposal unit.
